At Midnight Hour, we want you to be completely satisfied with your dark aesthetic. If your purchase doesn't fit your vision, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
